Alma Perez is a luxury real estate and interior advisor based in Las Vegas. For more than a decade, she has guided buyers, sellers, and homeowners across Summerlin, MacDonald Highlands, The Ridges, Ascaya, Henderson, and Lake Las Vegas.
Her practice is intentionally small. Alma works with a limited circle of clients at a time so every relationship can carry the attention, discretion, and editorial care that luxury decisions deserve.
Trained as much in interior aesthetics as in real estate strategy, Alma brings both perspectives to every engagement — whether sourcing a private off-market estate, preparing a long-held home for market, or styling spaces that finally feel personal.
